Create JPG files from within VB6

I am looking for sample code for Visual Basic 6.0? that builds and saves JPEG files from within VB. I need to create? baseball-card-sized profiles? with data that I will gather from an external DB. Nothing fancy, but the output needs to have a crisp, professional look. (Working with the DB is not the bidder's concern.) The JPEG files will consist primarily? of text (though ideally also? with lines and borders), so sample code for working with font sizes, styles, etc., is requested. If I? need to install and/or purchase a .dll or other software? in order to compile the sample code, I will be responsible for that. I am looking for a solution that is reliable, flexible, and inexpensive.
