See the attached zip file. **************************************** Comment: Terms of funds release as well as the project type have changed as agreed by both the coder and myself. attached is an email confirming that. Comment:WORK FOR HIRE 1- You will provide a dental software according to the specifications attached. 2- You will add a VB CE program/interface that will use same database for use on a palm held WIN CE operating system 3- Will follow time tables agreed 4- Provide integration with external programs for which I will provide necessary DDE&'S 5- Integrate Desktop Credit Card Payment processing via modem, for which I will provide the necessary ocx controls and sample application in VB6 6- Integrate electronic claim processing via modem 7- The mssql server 2000 that I have is standard edition and also has a personal edition 8- $3500 will be released upon successfully completing VB6 DESKTOP APPLICATION according to the specs and this attachment 9- $1500 will be released upon successfully completing VB CE program 10- Developing party will not retain the rights to the software or sale it to other parties or distribute the software with or without charge. 11- Time frame will be : VB6 (DESKTOP)fully network able 2/15/2003, 12- VB CE due on 3-15-2003 ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform WIN 2K, XP, NT 4.0 . It is imperative to work and be compatible with the above operating systems. The program should not be allowed to operate or install under WIN 98 0r older. Network ready. ## Deadline information Phase 1 must be completed by 12-15-02. The whole program must be completed by the due date, after which testing on our machines will take place.
