Display spreadsheet + allow edit on a web page

Display spreadsheet and allow edit on a web page. I really would love to have the software at <[login to view URL]> which exports to either Excel or pdf running on a web page but of course I actually need a web page that can be edited so that web site doesn't have anything I can use but I did like the approach to choices for exporting. I think if a programmer can understand the instructions for reporting web pages available at <[login to view URL]> or <[login to view URL]> then a reporting scheme could be developed in VB.net for the data which I need to display. I would also like to have a version written in Visual Web Developer 2005 Beta but that is not essential. The original idea for the data which I am reporting was to use VBA for Microsoft Access and so most of that code was written and I have attached the mdb file which contains the table being displayed as well as an Excel sheet of the original manually built report (humans wrote reports before the computers took over). Please let me know if you think it is fairly easy to do. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, 2000, etc.
