database merge to XML

I have a video editing project that was started in an old program and I want to import it into Final Cut Pro. Attached you will find all the files which are in DBF (DBase) format. the files in the "capture" directory have the information about what video was captured. The files in the "log" directory contain information about the description of the video that was captured. The "sequence" directory contains the edited shows. What we will need to do is to first combine information in the various DBF files to create the proper lists to then convert to Final Cut XML. The "xml" directory contains a sample sequence and the Apple XML docs. I am still working on the flow to combine the files, but it will probably be as an example, take [login to view URL], add the [login to view URL] info by referencing reel numbers and timecode, assigning each field to the appropriate field for Final Cut, then outputting Final Cut XML. Also the capture reels will need to be translated to XML. I would like to do this in RealBasic. Let me know what it will take to do this. I will have the specifics regarding what data needs to go where in a day or so. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
