Appointment Tracking Web App

We are automating the dispatch board for a service company. The current solution is a spreadsheet that gets updated as appointments are booked. This web app will replace that faulty spreadsheet system. The included [login to view URL] document contains what some, of the screens should resemble. The document DOES NOT contain all the required screens. Build and complete a database driven web application with the following features: + User authentication + Password Reset + Multiple user roles - Admin - Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative (CSR) +User level restrictions + Admin interface + Dispatcher Interface + CSR Interface + Status/Dispatch Board (No authentication required) + All passwords will use salted MD5 hash + Javascript/AJAX shall be used to update Status/Dispatch Board automatically when appointments are booked + MySQL backend + Use of web framework or CMS is encouraged to speed development. Include what framework or CMS you intend to use. + PHP preferred backend.
