Auction extension to Joomla 1.5 site

We want to extend our Joomla 1.5 site with auctions and need for this. This site main language is in english, translation to swedish and dutch language is made with Joomfish. Auction extension and items need to be in three languages (by Joomfish, not Google translate!). We will help with dutch and swedish translations. We want: Advanced user registration and login, were users need to register: User name, Password (2x), Company name, Organisation number, VAT number, First name, Last name, e-mail adress, Telephone number, Mobile telephone number, Adress, Captcha, Check box to confirm agreement with our conditions. User registration has to be manually confirmed by us. All users with full details have to be stored automatically the auction extension. We also need a login system with redirects if wrong password is typed etc. The auction module should enable bidding on-line, expiry time, extended bidding after expiry time reserved auctions (with [login to view URL]) and non reserved auctions. All should be functionable in three languages, compatible with Joomfish. Items must have a description, pictures etc. Registration like: [login to view URL] (no proper translation) [login to view URL] (no proper translation) Auctions like: [login to view URL] (good layout, no proper translation) Example with proper translations: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We want a complete proposal with examples or similair work. You have to work in an off-line version of our website which we will supply. All should be ready in 14 days. Milestones can be paid on completing registration functions and on completing off-line version.
