Basic JomSocial Customization

Hello all, I am looking for someone skilled in JomSocial. I have started a website (see screenshot) and am more than capable of dealing with the visuals and graphics for the site. What I need is some basic help customizing JomSocial. My needs are very simple as I am looking to strip down JomSocial to basically include a Feed Page (of all posts), and users ability to upload photos and videos. So that means disabling groups, status, and other default features. I would also like help, if possible, integrating Instagram. I basically need to add a step in the JomSocial Registration Process to let someone log in with their Instagram. After that point, whenever they post a photo to Instagram, it would create a new photo post on JomSocial. This should be a simple job and my budget is in the $400 range. I should also add that I already hired a Freelancer and after paying him, he disappeared (deleted his email and his website), so I will be more cautious this time :) Should this project go well, I will also need help with two more projects relating to this website down the road: 1. Build Apple App for this Website 2. Build Android App for this Website Thanks!
