Blog written in JSP

It will be a personal blog. On the right hand side will be the old topics. Only admin can create topic. The users can comment with their mail adress below it(no need for registration). We dont need to input Photo or video just text. The topics will be order as new to old,monthly. On the top below the logo will be categories(For example Food Blog : Deserts, Main Dishes,appetizer...) At the homepage the maximum posts will be 5-8 (up to you) We can see the summary of the topics when we click the title of the topic it will open in new page . we have the admin panel so we need an log in/out button at right top and it will be better if you can use ms/access I will provide information if necessary
