I could do 5 or 6 pages as needed, up to ten for this bid. That would also include a contact page, the contact form would work by PHP, which benefits you as this would eliminate any chance of spam to your email address. At acceptance of the bid, I would require 25% for the initial milestone. Once it was received I would start working on a mock site in Photoshop. I would then send you the various page styles, as images, to get your feedback. Once I got your feedback I would make any changes you requested. Once those changes were made, I again would send it to you for your approval. This could typically happen 2 or 3 times until you were satisfied. I estimate this process to take about a week. That is a long estimate, and it could be done sooner. I would also request that you send me your images as well, so that I could add them to the mock up, and make any changes needed to size etc. (Decide on a treatment format) Once you were satisfied with the final design, I would request another 25% milestone. At which time I would then start coding your site. I will be coding the site by hand using XHTML and CSS. I realize that you are wanting to update the site on occasion, so I will be adding comments to the code that will tell you exactly where to add a new image, change a paragraph, and so on. I believe that content and style should be separate. The CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) will be linked to in the XHTML. Which means you can update your site without worrying about changing how it will look, as the style sheets will be in a totally separate folder. I will also supply a read me text file that explains everything. Once I am finished coding the site, I will upload it to my webhost, give you the url, and let you test, verify that it is complete. Once you are satisfied with the final result. I will remove it from my host, and give you the complete site, after receiving the final 50% milestone. At this point I would turn over all copyrights to you and add your business name. I will supply you with my email address incase you have questions, concerns or just want to chat. This process I project will also take close to a week, so the entire process will be two weeks total. I would also like to request that I may use the design I create in my portfolio, and have a link to your website.
