Build a Wordpress template from a Prestashop template

We have a prestashop template that we'd like to turn into a wordpress templates (ie: make a wordpress template with the same look and fell of the prestashop one). As it is, we can provide the Prestashop template itself as well as the .psd file used to create it.
homepage with slider,
menus,
page full width template,
blog page,
post page template with right/left sidebar,
widget positions (3 or 4 in footer),
We are pretty short on the timing, so can you also give me timescales for delivery.
