Build a site similar to Etsy.com and Fiverr.com

Site features: people can List items for sale for $5 or $10 people can list their items in categories payment processing (possibly paypal if nothing else works, open to suggestions) it would be great to have 2 options, credit card or paypal, but include a fee for CC processing ($0.50) payment system must be able to take out certain percentage per sale backend for admin (site owner) backend for buyers backend for sellers - buyer and seller backend can be linked, so sellers can also buy from other sellers possible affiliate program PLEASE SEND SITES SIMILAR TO THIS THAT YOU HAVE DESIGNED OR YOUR BID WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
