I have PSD files for a complete web design. The site needs to be very professional and coded very well. Will need to be responsive and user friendly. This is a very easy website: Should be built in PHP. The design is done - you just have to make it live. A similar site would be [login to view URL], the same concept and functionality with regard to the registration and posting. You may want to register on this site to understand the full need. The premise of the site is this: - Members will be able to register and have full access to their postings to modify and cancel each post. - Members will be able to publish articles or posts. - Postings are free but members will have options for FEATURED REPORT and HIRE US which will have to prompt PayPal. - Other interactions will be visitors responding to posts ie: Asking questions and/or making statements. - Trending posts on sidebar. THE ADMIN SECTION should allow me to ... 1. modify top, main and footer menu. 2. Modify content on top bar. 3. Add Google Ads at specific locations. 4. Modify all posts. 5. Feature any post without paying. 6. Track visitors and number of reports published. 7. Place for Google tracking code. You will need to implement strong SEO for the site.
