Convert zend website to twitter bootstrap

I need my website converted to twitter bootstrap. Developer needs to be competent at CSS, HTML and PHP and have a good eye for design. They will also be familiar with the ZEND framework, as the entire site is written in it. I need it done quick, developer will need to do a quick mock-up of one of my pages so I can check your skill level (or at least have some prior examples of bootstrap).
