Coupon site in Wordpress + automatic email subscription and send coupon system

IN A NUTSHELL: I am looking for an experienced Wordpress expert who can build me a coupon/offer Wordpress template according to the mockups and briefing that will be provided. The site should work in all common browsers (also mobile) and therefore the layout should be responsive. The site should have an automatic email system that collects email addresses from people who opted in. This system should automatically send new coupons via mail to the users who opted in, according to the mockup provided. Subscribers should also be able to opt-out any time they want. This entire mailing system should be fully automated. REQUIRED FUNCTIONALITIES • Should be a Wordpress template • Mobile friendly & Responsive design • Automatic email optin and email send system should be included • Compatible with all future Wordpress updates • Search Engine Friendly • Hacker-safe • RSS-friendly • All used colours (buttons, titles, bold etc) must be easily changed from within the backend • Use labels on all text items for an easy translation. Site can be built in English, but END RESULT need to be in Dutch so provide an easy solution for translating everything from within the backend • Some text fields should support spintax and auto rotate the published content in it at a time interval specified by the admin UPON START, YOU WILL RECEIVE: • All mockups in PDF format (no psd available) • All mockups in PDF format with clear instructions (no psd available) • A detailed briefing for you to follow (13 pages, Word) REQUIREMENTS - Do NOT bit if you require upfront payments.
