I am currently the owner of an existing bespoke property website, [login to view URL] and I am looking for someone to assist in creating a much. much simpler and cleaner version of this very website – that is fully mobile and tablet friendly potentially based around using WordPress. The new website will have a new domain, logo and I'd be looking to transfer over some of the key areas of the website.
The site needs to be able to fully and readily accept and use incoming UK property feeds (houses for sale) from portal providers such as xml2u and display them professionally on our property search results - so it will become primarily a UK property search portal.
The site also needs to allow for users to quickly and easily register (i.e. via FB) and list their own property details for sale – i.e. enter an address, postcode (using integrated postcode checker) enter an asking price, choose options from the drop downs, upload their own photo's and add a property intro and description. This would be done using 1 user friendly form (we currently have this stepped over 8 smaller stages).
The user (if selling) will be charged a simple, single upfront fee for creating a property listing so the site needs to integrate with my PayPal and Sagepay payment gateways. Payments will come before the listing stage can actually commence.
We will only be offering the Platinum package on the new site with the option of discount codes.
Interested buyers on the site can contact the sellers directly by using a light-box contact form (email sent to the seller), or if it's a feed, by a 'lead' form that goes back to the agent.
In terms of scoping the site, the following will apply although I expect to be given full and total control in the admin of the site to add my own property guides, FAQ's etc once the stye for these has been created.

Detailed property Search results – List view, map view, grid view and property details / google maps
Buy an EPC - simple page with basket / cart option
Buy a For Sale board - simple page with basket / cart option
Savings calculator page - enter your selling price, agent commission and your saving will display!
Add property - Register / take the payment / Add your property form / upload images
Sign in - user control panel to manage the property / change status to sold / remove property / hit counter
Area to accept incoming feeds to display in search results along with an area that holds agent details
Admin master override to edit user listings, details and assist with uploading images etc
Property guides / how it works / about us / FAQs
Contact us section - form etc
Full control of / SEO ready
News / Blog section
Integrate ZOPIM live chat and SSL
Site map / cookies / Terms etc
Admin notification of new users, properties added, payments taken etc.
Most of the above can be taken from the current site - it will however be made much simpler for the user.
