There is already a plugin called WP-Property that is used for realestate, so you should maybe install it and modify it, or use your plugin, I don't care, just propose a solution to me and I'll see if Iike it. OR (ALTERNATIVE, EASIER TASK, IF YOU'RE QUALIFIED): I need someone who has this [login to view URL] theme to install it on my site and make slight modifications on it (color, logo, etc..)
