Database for Real Estate Website

I got a project to build a website for a real estate agency. My principal is a franchisee of a real estate company. What I will do is building a similar website to [login to view URL] but only the static html code. What I need is someone building up a database (preferable in mySQL) to store all property information and to display them on the website. There will be just around 25 properties. There need not to be a search function. The properties should be divided up into 2 categories: for rent and for sale Additionally the freelancer should build an user interface (preferably via a user login on the website or special maintenance page) where the new properties can be added or sold/rented ones removed, or marked as sold or rented. The amount of information needed is shown in the JPG attachment. The website (I will provide) has to be in German, but the database can be in English as I have basic knowledge to translate some fields of the database (which go public) if necessary. I want to stress that due to the small numbers of properties the effort and complexity of the programming and therefore also the costs need to be low. It would be a big advantage if I can get an example or a short concept of the bidders how the work will be done. The programming language does not necessary have to be in PHP it is just an idea.
