Design/Layout Sales Lander Page for Ebook /w E-Junkie integration

I need Design/Layout done for a sales lander page for my E-book. I have the promotional text for the sales lander page written, and I need appealing and sales-oriented design and layout, plus integration with my existing E-Junkie shopping cart/digital download scripts (which process orders using my paypal). The sales lander does not require video or even audio, and if you want to use WPSpire or a similar template, I dont care as long as it looks good in the end. I will need the finished sales lander uploaded to my web server (Dynadot host) and I also need "interior" 15 pages added. Of those 15, 14 of them will simply be redirects to other url's offsite (so there is no design/layout work needed on those), and 1 will be a basic shopping cart checkout form that captures and emails the product sales data (not the ebook, a separate product) for later fulfillment. If you dont have any history, dont bother bidding. If you dont have time to do my project NOW dont bother bidding. I am tough but fair. I have an excellent history.
