Designer to customize 2 php scripts - URGENT

Hi, I 'm looking for super webdesigner to customize Admarket place website. I already have the scritps... Please provide me previous jobs ONLY in this activity. Need design (member+admin side) and public side, design creation and integration for 2 websites. Your bid will be for both sites. For one of the website : PSD file already existing. I need that you have also good PHP skill to fix few bugs and add some function if necessary . Aboslutely need MOCKUP of design you are planning to integrate for one the scripts I also need that the script will be inserted in website wich will contain information as : about us, infos, how it works, etc..
