action script project

Hi, every body, What I need is some one who could help me to develop and understend action scripts ( intermediate ) once a week , 2 hours per session, I have 2 small personal website projects that i want to develop. I will provide the .FLA and most of the actionscript codes . What i need is ... To complete this codes and get an explanation on how this works and why . In another words i will be developing my 2 web site projects and i need some one to get back to and ask for all the part and codes that i can not make on my own.
