A database site of skilled freelance for Norwegian students

The site will offer freelance students and freelance graduates the opportunity to find temporary work throughout Norway, all year round, making full use of their developing skills and talents. At the same time the site will offer Businesses, company, or individual the chance to find a freelancer student in the database with the skills they are looking for and if they don't find them then they can post the requirement. Alle the functionality are the same as here on [login to view URL] only that the site should have the Norwegian data ( Counties,cities and etc..) an example site will be provided.
