develop a rental site -- 2

I'm looking for php / mySQL expert to code a custom php/mysql vacation rental site or using custom scripts eg wp / joomla / drupal. I prefer to pick programmer who has done this kind of job previously so that it'll be much easier, faster & lower budget. The site must have the frontend & backend with user & admin modes with google maps & payment gateaway. The user features will include the sign up, google / facebook/twitter connect login, browse properties with suggestion, flexible homepage sliders, currency convertor, referral module, jquery, reservation, social buttons, referral, rating & review system, automatic sync booking calendar, toggle FAQ pages, multi languages, blogs, groups, wish list, instant booking, live chats, privacy controls, users public profile etc. The admin features will include dashboard, global site setting, language setting, email template & settings, mass email campaign, members management, user listing management, payment setting, manage finance, manage bookings, manage social connects, manage FAQ, manage blogs, manage forums, PDF reports / invoices, reconcilation areas, manage banners advertising etc. It must have a cron tasks. Please show me your projects experience in pmb. I'll also show more reference of the websites only in pmb.
