Adobe AIR application modification

I have an application coded in AIR that I need to modify and fix because one or more urls are broken I believe. It is a gambling based app and I'd much prefer to work with a coder who understands the conecpts behind gambling with Betfair and bookmakers. It shouldn't be a difficult job and if all goes well I'd like to extend the application.
