Apply color to single web page

A graphic artist is required to apply colours to a single web page. The layout has been finalised and is available in a .psd file format, with entities separated on different layers. The existing colour scheme needs to be 'rejuvenated' by applying fresher, cooler colours, thus creating a new 'skin' for the web page. The new colour scheme will ideally achieve the colour balance from the attached abstract painting. The company logo (right top corner) must be red. Attached is a .jpg file with the web page layout. Also attached is a .jpg file with the abstract painting to be used as a colour reference. Un-flattened .psd file will be e-mailed to the winning bidder. Bidders should provide links to previous projects together with their bid. Thanks in advance, Duplex ## Deliverables 1) 2 different options (colour combinations) submitted to buyer as .jpeg files, via the RAC website. 2) Upon buyer selecting 1 colour option, coder shall submit, via the RAC website, a .psd (Photoshop) file with the selected colour colour scheme. The .psd file shall maintain separation of entities on different layers. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, Photoshop
