Box Graphics Needed

I need an image of a box designed for a program named Internet Time Control. Attached are 3 boxes I had done by someone in the past. Please look at them because this is the style and quality of the box I need. I also need some other boxes designed so if the job is done right and good price, I'll have more. But PLEASE look at the attached. I want the title on the box with each word on its own line probably or the word Internet on the top line and the other 2 words Time Control under it. Maybe an image of a clock or a lock in the middle and under it at the bottom say "Limit when your kids use the internet". As far as the color, a red tone color like the box in this zip would be good. See if you can get creative with the design instead of anything plain. Maybe outline the letters like this box in your own way. Abd make it the size as the larger ones in this zip file attached. I need this box pretty soon so only bid if you can do it immediately. And only if your an experienced graphics designer. Post any samples if you like.
