Break Even Point Formula - B-Even Formula Write an easy to use formula to formulate the Break Even Point for small to medium businesses. I am after a formula which would convert sales figures, variable costs, fixed costs and item costs into B-even Graph. January figures for ABC Company Sales $000,000.00 Variable Costs $000,000.00 Fixed Costs (directors wages, $000,000.00 rent, insurance) Hourly Rate $55.00 per hour or monthly fee $49 per month per client B-Even point 400 hours billed per month or 400 paying clients per month Platform: The grogram could use something similar to an excel format. The headings would never change (e.g sales, unit cost, fixed and variable costs), but the formula would have to be written so that the sales figures, unit costs and variable costs could be changed. If there was a rise in the item cost the formula would alter the B-even point. I would like to see a sample of B-even formula to make sure you are on the right track. I find that is a good way to cut down on re-work. ## Deliverables I will retain complete ownership and copyright and have exclusive right to use all work. All deliverables will be considered "work made for Hire" under U.S Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyright to 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, Internet Explorer and perhaps Excel
