Clean deleted files from FAT

I need Visual Basic 6 code (one module or one class) to remove deleted files information (filenames) from file allocation tables (FAT). Should work under FAT32, NTFS, Windows Vista and XP. I do NOT need to overwrite free disk space. I need to clean Windows master records with file names. For example, RecoverMyFiles software from [login to view URL] can easy retreive file names of deleted files EVEN if I overwrited deleted files with random data. Your code should destroy all information about deleted files so RecoverMyFiles software will find nothing to recover (completely NOTHING, no even filenames to read). Again, I do not need code to overwrite free disk space with random data - this I can do. I need to clean filenames of deleted files from Windows memory. Your work will be accepeted if above mentioned software will find NOTHING to restore after running your code.
