Client app to add contacts in Outlook and Salesforce

We need to develop a Windows client app that takes a CSV file (user browses his PC to select the file) and maps the data records (the data is contact information - name, address, phone, email address, ...) into 3 formats for automatic export into Outlook, [login to view URL], or ACT! We will predefine the format of the CSV and it will be the same every time. # of records can be 1 to 500. The app will need to loop through all the records in the CSV and then create the new contacts in Outlook, [login to view URL], or ACT! The app should check for duplicates and, after looping through all records, present the user a list of the duplicates and allow the user to either modify or delete a record, and then resubmit. Or the duplicate processing could be done record by record. We can discuss. For Salesforce, we'll either have to provide for the user to enter their Salesforce ID/PW, or the app will need to check for an open Salesforce browser session. This app will require use of Salesforce's API. There are several similar apps on the market and we can point you to those. The .exe should be as small as possible. The app should be written so that we can add other contact managers (e.g,. netsuite) to it in the future. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition and include a software? installation package 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 98 and up
