Create Database export workaround for SendStudio

I have an Internal Network Firewall on my Cisco PIX 501 running Smart Filter. Because of this I cannot export subscribers (from within the Internal Office Network) from my email program SendStudio. (It works fine outside the office.) I need a solution to this problem! Either help with the Cisco PIX and Smart Filter, OR a database workaround. I have had 3 other RAC's look at SendStudio plus the original Programmer...and they say nothing can be done to fix the code. They all recommend fixing Smart Filter. I've also had 5 network administrators (contractors) look at it and none of them could solve the problem. This is a challenging project. I am willing to pay a large bonus to whoever can fix this problem. However I am not willing to pay a large amount on a bid unless I am extremely confident that you can solve my problem.
