C# User Control - Transformations Editor

We would like an experienced coder to write .net user control using C# language and Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 (must) and .NET Framework 2.0 (latest SP). We're looking for a coder with experience in implementing user controls. You can find the design (both logical and visual) attached to this bid request. Also the C# Class Library project is attached, which partially implements the design's requirements. Use it as a start point of your work. The public interface of the "output" User Control (“TransformationsEditor??) would be implemented exactly by design. Follow the requirements, described in the Coding Guidelines document. The general purpose of this control is to design the data transformations editor for bilateral and unilateral transaction.
