C# / Windows Form - Owner drawn list control(repost)

I'm looking for a C# developer with strong GDI+ skills to create a owner drawn custom control in windows forms. The finished article will be a (single Y-Axis) scrollable list control that displays information from a collection of items. The list control should provide single / multiple selection. I've attached a more detailed spec. Previous control development experience is a must, as I'm looking for this to be done fairly quickly, and it's not a major task and should be a nice little job for somebody who knows what they're doing. Required skills: C#, GDI+, Windows Forms. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working class files with an test shell assembly, as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, and excluding changes to namespace names, should be ready to implement in our main solution. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
