developing a DB structure in Mysql and wriing scripts in perl to manage the DB , also developing a self compilining version of the DB and scripts as a test application

Components • Content and System Database: A content managemement system which comprises of a set of tables used for storing content and application data. The Common relational databases to be supported include Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, mySQL and Hypersonic SQL among others. a web interface for determing which tables are required is a function part of the system and detreming where to create the DB • Transaction processing engine (TPE): An engine that receives alphanumeric messages , interprets them using information stored in the database and returns an appropriate response or invokes another program . the system must be able to deliver almost 98% accurancy and be able to handle syntax errors • monitoring tool An engine monitors the system performance • Stored Procedures: module These are procedures used by various systems to make a direct request for content from the database ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
