C# project Trigger Calling web pages

We currently have an application that we run as a service. The application currently access a specific table in a database SQl2008. It grabs url + interval to be loaded. ex: [login to view URL] , 60 [[login to view URL]][1], 3600 So that application would load google every 60 secondes and yahoo every 3600. The application support multi-threading so we can have lots of pages. We need the application to be modified. New Application would: Look into a table called site_regions grab all the site_id that the site_last_update_date date is within the last minute. Then it look into the trigger table which have the list of page to call ex: [login to view URL],? every 60 secondes [login to view URL],? every 3600 secondes [login to view URL],? every 5600 secondes Then it creates a batch to call those page with the id passed in the urls ex: [login to view URL][theid], 60 secondes [login to view URL][theid],? 3600 secondes [login to view URL][theid],? 5600 secondes So in the finals if we had 3 ids it would every 60 seconds? call : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] every 3600 secondes? call : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] every? 5600 secondes? call : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We would also like that the application spread out the call within the minute. so if I have? 120 id to update in the next minutes it would do 2 per second. If in the site_region table the? site_last_update_date goes higher then a minute this ID doesn't get used anymore. The original code project will be provided. Statistics: We currently have around 280 regions We have pages the are called every 3 secondes every 1 minute every 15 minutes every 30 minutes every 1 hour Thanks
