Auto Mailer Online Program

Description: I want to create an online program that allows me to send unlimited text or HTML emails out in bulk (one by one) to people on my list at the date/time that I wish. Looking for someone who's fast, has a great attitude always, doesn't complain, doesn't change their price after they've begun the work and who is easy to work with. PLEASE READ THE DETAILS THOROUGHLY BEFORE BIDDING. As for the look of this part of the site. Just keep it simple. Each function listed below should be a separate page and you can always go back (via tabs) to the section that you want to go back to. It should autosave so that you don't lose any information in case you go to another tab. 1) Form One: First and Last Name: (this is the name that the email is being sent out from) Email Address: (this is the email address that the email is being sent out from) Subject: (subject of the email) Check Box: HTML or Text Body: (This is where I write the body of the message and if it's HTMl that I've checked then I can write it in HTML, if it's Text then I can use the SWEditor type of box to write the message) 2) They can save this message and recall it any time. 3) I can also make changes to this email message and rename it or save as another name. 4) Upload list: this is where I can upload an excel, text, csv file with the following columns: Column A - Email address Column B - First Name Only COlumn C - Last Name Only Column D - Info1 Column E - Info2 column F - Info3 Column G - Info4 5) They can click to add more to the bulk list manually as well. 6) They can also save the email list as a name and call up the list at another time. 7) I can also make changes to this email list and rename it or save as another name. They can also make changes to the list at any time and save it. 8) Now here's the important part if I put in the body of the text the word: FIRSTNAME, or LAST NAME, or EMAILADDRESS or INFO1, INFO2, INFO3, INFO4, or INFO5 in all caps like that, it inserts that information in the body or subject of the email. Manual List: same form Column A - Email address Column B - First Name Only COlumn C - Last Name Only Column D - Info1 Column E - Info2 column F - Info3 Column G - Info4 9) There are check marks on the left hand side for each of the emails and you can uncheck them if you do not want the email blast to be sent for a particular person. 10) It's very important that I be able to upload an unlimited amount of emails. I don't care if it's 10 emails or 10 million emails. 11) Also, on this same page they can schedule the email to be sent at the date/time/year that they want. Or they can choose to send the same message once a week, once a month, or once a year. they can stop this at any time too. 12) They can also check to see if the email was sent and if it was opened or if it was deleted or if the message was forwarded (and to whom if possible). 13) I want absolutely NO unsubscribe links or anything like that here but they can click on it as an option to add if they'd like. 14) Also, there needs to be a form where I can upload or manually add emails that I do not want the email blasts to be sent out to. So before sending the email, the microreports system should check with this list first, before sending out the blast. It should also check and remove any duplicate emails in the list before it sends them out as well. 15) Check to make sure these emails don't end up in spam boxes but instead, get delivered directly to their email inbox. 16) They can also click to automatically follow up with the individuals or the whole group once a day, once a week or once a month with a short follow up message they can create as well. they can stop this at any time too. 17) They can also send attachments as well to their messages. 18) Is there a way that it can embed youtube videos in the body of the message and play them without the message being blocked by yahoo or gmail or whatever?
