Basic Wordpress Theme & Website Build

This is a basic website theme for Wordpress with some additional plugins etc. The WordPress 3.0 theme should be: - Valid HTML 5 - cross browser compatible - compatible and tested in Chrome 4, Chrome 5, FireFox 3, Firefox 3.5, Firefox 3.6+, IE6, IE7, IE8, Opera, Safari 4, Safari 5 - we will require screenshots of tests. - WordPress multisite support - theme should be able to manage multiple sites - WordPress 3 menu support - there must be a valid site map configured - there must be a custom 404 page not found (with the ability for us to edit the content) - the heading styles specified in the jpegs should be implemented to work with the WYSIWYG editor This website should be almost exactly the same as this site: [login to view URL] The following plugins are required: 1. video displayed as on [login to view URL] 2. mailpress for the email subscription at the bottom of the page 3. forum as on [login to view URL] 4. basic shop with paypal for payments as on [login to view URL] 5. social media plugins as on [login to view URL] A PDF brief of the design of the site is attached (PSD's available).
