Custom Search Bar in Wordpress Website

I'm looking for someone who can fix the code for the search bar on my wordpress site. The search bar currently doesn't work but my programmers have wrote some of the code already. The search bar needs to be able to search keywords on the site as well as display results of the search based on zip code location.
