add a slider to a wordpress blog

Need some one who can do this quick and fast to add a slider to wordpress site it should be able to hold atleast 3 images and we need the ability to adjust the time that the image displays we want a fade effect for the slides the user should not see any visual buttons on the slider just the jpeg image. Slider needs a rollover effect to make the picture fade darker on rollover. should be able to link url to the images. The jpeg slider needs to be 415px and the same width as the top header. added to all pages on the theme except the home page which has a video background already. added directly under the top header with no gap on the theme
