C# Code (.NET) designed for MS Web Server and generating Macromedia Flash Movie File (.swf) from Template File (.fla) with additional modifications.

It will be 4 parts for this project. You may choose to work only on one single part of this project (starting from the top), or pick retire project to be completed: 1) Formatting .fla file. C# code must to FORMAT all pages in .fla movie file (simple user interface). The algorithm will divide each page to sections and mark them with additional invisible address tabs and virtual borders that will be used to identify the location for spot where the banner will be placed. 2) Modifying XML file. C# code working with Index File: XML-formatted file (read/write), witch stores only the list of the links to the banners actually located in Banners File: XML-formatted file (read only). The code running at this server must rotate the links inside this Index File. I will be providing directions. 3) Modifying .fla file. C# code running at the server and must place pictures and text into formatted boxes using as the input .fla file (formatted above at first part); Banners File: XML-formatted file (read only), witch stores all text content and hyperlinks for each banner, letters font name, collor and font size for each single banner, list of links to the graphic files (located on the same server) associated with each banner, and list of schedule parameters associated to each single banner listed in Banners File; Graphics files (for example .jpg) will be located in specified folder on this server. Placements File: XML-formatted file (read/write) will store all layouts for .fla file at each individual case. Placements File will contain the information indicating the exact position (address: page number and coordinates, and banner size) for each single banner that needs to be placed on the page for .fla file. The output will be modified .fla file. 4) Converting .fla file to .swf file. Use outsource .NET component. We may purchase this .NET COMPONENT separately. All BANNERS will contain hyperlinks to other web sites. $50.00; $100.00; $300.00; $350.00 accordingly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
