My php programmer is unable to figure out how to setup cybersource's simple api to work on my hosting shared freeBSD hosting reseller account. The server admin says that htaccess should work. Here are a few items that need to be taken care of, though there could be more: It tells me to place the [login to view URL] file in the php extension directory. I do not have access to this, but was told I could do this via htaccess. It also says modify environment variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH to include the lib directory of the cybersource client. Should be done via htaccess too.
