Data entry tool development

I have a small website that allows the end user, via a specially designed search engine, to search & view menu items and merchandise items of local businesses. This website has one problem: IT TAKES ALMOST AN HOUR TO ENTER ALL THE INFO FROM ANY GIVEN RESTAURANT OR STORE USING MY CURRENT DATA ENTRY METHOD. My current method of data entry allows me to enter each menu/merchandise item & its description and price individually, which takes a very long time per menu. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I am looking for a developer who can design & implement a program into the admin panel of my website that would allow me to enter and entire menu at once. Whether this be via scanning the menu and having the text lifted or some other method.
