conversion of indesign (.innd) files to live html

Have a multipage website that has been created in Indesign. The files are in the .innd file format. They need to be converted to a correctly templated /CSS site in html. The website indesign files converted to pdf are viewable at [login to view URL] ## Deliverables The detailed needs for each page are listed as below. Page 1 - welcome - Email link to redirect to a contact page similar in function to [login to view URL] (see page9 below) Page 4 - welcome/introductory offer - animated banner with link to php form Page 6 - services - each service (blue listed name) is to turn red and bold and then a small body of text is to show up in the dotted box, responding to each service. I have used LEASES as an example. Page 8 - All links to web sites enabled Page 9 - Contact - email link to same php form that is on page 1. all links to highlight as per usual in webpages etc the following 2 listed is being considered as optional. please feel free to quote as extra items. ie, quote 1, base conversion, quote 2 , base + printer friendly version quote 3 , base + printer friendly version + "blog" Page 10 - Client Login - Click here to request activation - link to a php form And this facility also need to have a back end set up - a simple blog facility where the lawyer here can also master login to update each clients status so that the clients can login on this page to see where there matter is at They each have their own separate blog space. Oh and there is a print button (blue) on the top of every page - I want it so that there is a print friendly version able to be printed of each page.
