CS-Cart social networking Add-on.

We are looking for someone to build a Cs-Cart addon that would allow us to give a customer a coupon code if they "Like", "Tweet" or "+" certain content on our website or if they just "Like" our Facebook page, add us to there circle on Google Plus or follow us on Twitter. We would also like the ability to give a different code if they do 2 or 3 options. Meaning: If you like our Facebook page you will receive a 5% coupon. If you like our Facebook page and add us to your Google Plus circle then you will receive a 10% Coupon. If you like our Facebook page, add us to your Google Plus circle and follow us on Twitter you will receive a 15% coupon. Or If you like Product XXX and add us to your Google Plus circle then you will receive X% coupon. and so forth. We need to be able to specify exactly what actions must be taken in order to receive a coupon. We need to be able to specify exactly what page or product they need to "Like", "+" or "Tweet" in order to receive the coupon. Happy Bidding.
