Please quote the best price for the following requirement for our consideration. I dont need anything on wordpress,joomla etc . Everything has to be developed with source code. Choose any platform PHP or .NET and let me know the price and time frame.  Design and development of Custom E-Commerce gift portal as we discussed.  Payment gateways Incorporation  “Main Admin Panel” with below options: • View Order • Customer’s order history • List of Orders (Orders of particular time period. Eg: orders of particular Month or Week or between selected date range) • Edit Order • Move Orders (Invalid to Valid and Vice-versa) • Search Option with Pone numbers or email ID or User ID or Surname as a criteria • Complaints (Enter complaint and View complaint)  “Dealer Admin Panel” (This panel consists of very less options, will discuss later)  Order confirmation email and delivery confirmation email  SMS alert to the Admins as soon as order is placed.  Bulk emails or Targeted emails to customers (Eg: “mail chimp” incorporation. We will finalize later on this)

Hi, I'm a .net developer and having real time experience on banking domain. I prefer .net for development. I need 22 days as we need to disscuss on project to get clarify the requirements and to estimate the development time and testing time and Support time once the project is completed. I noticed that SMS Alerts to be sent, for the we need the proper environment to set up on your side to test and sign off.
