APNS Provider Server

We need an APNS Provider Server with web-based administration that would allow the following: * Admins can set up new apps for push notification (UI should allow admin to upload certificate via browser) * iPhone app can register itself to receive Push Notifications via HTTPS call * Admin can send push notifications to the desired app You must already be familiar with APNS, and a demo of something you've created already would help. If your existing system is good enough and easy to use, we might use your system as is, otherwise we can provide a UI design for the web interface.
