Build a flashy website for selling phone service

I need a website for selling calling card It has to be flashy and catch the eye front page will advertise the top 10 destination and a link to full rate page To the left and the right top there will be some sort of a patch for displaying rate to the top 2 destinations (one each) then there will be a sign up section which will be part of the front page but hidden until you hit sign up Fields that will be asked are Firstname Lastname Email Cell Number Landline Number Captcha You only need to create page with these fields, you dont have to do any processing , i will complete that once user starts signing up he will have to go through some paypal pages, it want that the paypal page can just be a window of the front page.
