Hi Clare, I am a professional photographer available on Wednesday to shoot for you at a research lab at St. Andrews University (Fife). I am experienced in shooting people and events in candid style, providing high resolution fully edited set of images. Due to the short notice and travel arrangements I have to make, my rate is £750 (+ freelancer site fees if you pay via freelancer). This includes all travel costs and expenses. I will need confirmation of the timings of the visit too so I can plan my trip. I am fully insured and use a complete range of pro DSLR cameras, lens and lighting equipment, also carrying backup equipment. I'm based near London so it will be a flight up via Edinburgh most likely and a short drive across. I have accounted for my expenses within the rate. This bid can be adjusted accordingly depending on the specific requirements of the day. In respect to that, I have some questions. Are you looking towards studio style portraits of your guests at your location? More documentary style, following the whole visit? Or both? What time would your guests be arriving and leaving for the day? How much coverage (duration and number of images) would you need if documentary style or how much time has been allocated for portraits of a studio style nature? Up to a full days photography and picture editing to requested format included. I currently work with Children with Special needs and understand the extra care and patience needed when working with anyone with any form of illness or disability.

I am familiar with editing photos in Aperture. I have been taking photos for over ten years as a hobby. I have been the photographer for several public events (fun runs, fund raises), engagement photos, family portraits, pictures with Santa, etc.
