Alter some Images ... retouch glass bottle reflection

I have an image of a glass bottle pouring cooking oil onto a metal spoon. The graphics are on white background. I would like to have it on a dark (almost black) background. The reflection of the glass bottle and maybe the oil needs to be adjusted. Afterwards I would like to have the bottle, oil and spoon separated from the background. I can give detailed color codes for the desired background. Job needs to be done quickly. Require image for rollup banner. I prefer to work on a fixed budget and appreciate proposals (budget and timing).
