Computer Aided Manufacturing - CNC Write two CNC programs to create a double sided maze of your own design (one program for each side of the maze). The stock will be 4 x 4 x 3/4 inch clear acrylic. Use workpiece #5 and place it at 1, 1, 0.25. Create a Ball nose Inch milling tool 0.25 diameter; length 2 (Should be T3, named “Ball Nose Inch 0.25 Dia”). Use a feed of 25 inches/minute for the maze paths. Calculate the required spindle speed for milling acrylic. Return the tool to the tool change position. Fill as much of the available area as possible but leave a 3/8 inch clear border all around the maze. Maintain a minimum of 0.1 inch “wall thickness” between paths. You are required to have a minimum of five thru holes where the ball can pass from one side of the maze to the other. Drill these holes from side 2 after the paths are complete. You must also use a minimum of 10 arc moves and a minimum of 10 diagonal moves. The ball must be able to reach all parts of your maze. The stock should be turned about a diagonal axis (lower left corner to upper right corner) for the second side. Use the following format for the ¼” diameter through holes: G83 X#.#### Y#.#### Z-.7500 R0.2500 Q0.0625 F5 Your initial simulation should mill the paths in one pass 0.250 inch deep. After you have your pattern determined and the simulation running properly make three copies of your code changing the depth to 0.100 inch for the first pass, 0.200 inch for the second pass, and 0.250 inch for the third pass. The through holes should be done after the three passes on the second side are complete. Prior to turning in the program comment out the $AddRegPart command and your G29, e.g.: ($AddRegPart 5, 1, 1, 0.25) (G92 X1 Y1 Z1) I attached an example of what I want done
