an engineer to draw up a commercial machine that can apply crystals to boots.

I am a fashion designer and we are applying Swarovski crystals to leather, boots, belts etc. The only application now is by hand one by one with a tweezer tool and glue. We wish to mass produce so we want to create a commercial machine that can apply these crystals by gross numbers and machine rather than by hand. We want to work with an engineer with the creation of this machine to the factory and then patent the machine.
