To design 4 types of grippers to be installed in the arm of a KUKA ROBOT.
Gripper 1: vacuum suction gripper to pick and place 16 ceramic tiles from a special rack.
Gripper 2: a pick and place holder, that can pick different type of products (steel beams, toilets, wall panels, windows, doors, steel pipes)
Gripper 3: a drilling tool, can pick and place a big screw, and then screw it up in the designated hole.
Gripper 4: holding gripper. The gripper holds a nozzle that dispenses liquid glue.
Gripper 5: changing tool gripper (this devide holds any of the grippers, and lets the robot exchange it from one to another easily and quickly)
rack for the grippers: This rack holds and storage the 4 grippers.
The developer should provide 3D files and complete blueprints, for prototype and final production. The drawings should be very detailed and professional.
The developer should show previous experience in similar projects, and send links or documents of their portfolio.
